Welcome to ZepQwik. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your access to and use of the ZepQwik mobile application, website, services, and related platforms (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, registering on, or using ZepQwik, placing an order, or purchasing any product through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the ZepQwik Platform or its services.

ZepQwik is an online e-commerce and doorstep-delivery business that allows customers to browse, order, and receive products through the Platform. Products may include groceries, food and packaged products, fruits and vegetables, household products, personal-care products, electronics, and other products made available through ZepQwik. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account. ZepQwik reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, delivery fees, handling charges, platform charges, or other applicable charges may be included in or displayed separately from the product price. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and, where available, online payments through our payment gateway partner (Cashfree). ZepQwik reserves the right to change product prices or applicable charges from time to time.

Users may cancel an order free of charge before the merchant accepts and begins preparing it. Once an order status changes to "Preparing" or "Out for Delivery," cancellations may not be permitted or may be subject to a cancellation fee.

ZepQwik will take reasonable steps to provide reliable products and services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZepQwik shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. Your continued use of ZepQwik after updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
